Shipping Information
  • ARERG ships anywhere in the world, except North Korea, Sao Tome, Principe, Pitcairn Island, Wallis, and Futuna.
  • Standard, and express delivery services are available to most countries. You will see which delivery service is available to your area once your shipping address is entered.

Free shipping is available for standard delivery service. For standard and express delivery, the rate will vary depending on the destination and package weight. The shipping cost is calculated automatically on the checkout page.

We also provide express shipping, which takes 4-10 days, you will see if we support your area when you go to check out.

Please note, however, that economy shipping may take 1 – 2 months when shipping to South America and the Russian Federation due to transport and customs issues.

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 days of placement unless otherwise stated.
  • Tracking information will be sent to you for each package shipped out. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and link so you can follow your parcel’s journey.（emails are occasionally treated as spam, so please check it carefully）
  • Some countries charge import taxes and duties upon reaching customs. We will send your items in one package and declare a reasonable low value in order to get through the custom. Generally, it works well for our items. However, if you do get taxed in an unpredictable situation, we are unable to pay for the tax. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. ARERG is not liable for these additional charges once the package is shipped to you.

To avoid being charged unexpectedly, we highly recommend contacting your local customs office for the current duty rates and taxes before placing an order.
